Ahead of the Saturday’s governorship poll in Ekiti State, governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), in Delta State, Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi, has assured the people of the state that the party’s gubernatorial candidate, Engr. Segun Oni, would deliver on his electioneering promises.
The former minister of State for education, gave the assurance on Thursday June 16th 2022, when he and the National Chairman of the party, Alhaji Shehu Musa Gabam, the National Working Committee (NWC), of the party and other candidates of the party vying for various positions stormed Ekiti for the grand finale of campaigns in the build up to the election.
The international renowned Criminologist and entrepreneur, called on the people of Ekiti, not to worry themselves as they would make the best choice of a governor in the person of Segun Oni, a professional to the core without blemish.
He reiterated that the governorship candidate of the party would give the entire Ekiti a face-lift, unprecedented infrastructural,, uncommon human capital developments which they would be proud of compared to what the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) have on ground.
He pointed out that the Social Democratic Party, is not just a political party seeking power but a social movement targeting revolution, youth emancipation and a total turn around of the country, repositioned for everyone’s pride.
Said he: “Today is a great day in the life of SDP in Nigeria and the people of Ekiti should rejoice because the revolution to take Nigeria, with SDP has started with governor Segun Oni.
“When you have a good man, professional, Engineer like Segun Oni, you don’t need to worry. He will deliver, he will no lie to you” Gbagi added.
Earlier, National Chairman of the party, Alhaji Shehu Musa Gabam, called on Ekiti people to vote for Segun Oni, as the governor for a better future.
