Delegates of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), have been lavishly treated to a night dinner by the governorship candidate of the party, Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi, in his Osokoro residence, Abuja.
The delegates who were led by the State party Chairman, Ambassador Oke Idawene, tasted the charitable lifestyle of the leading governorship candidate in the state.
He charged them to preach the SDP good news to Deltans in their various local government areas ahead of general elections, particularly the governorship.
According to the former minister of State for education, the party is in the contest to win election, encouraging them not to be intimidated by the opposition.
Also speaking, Chairman of the party, Ambassador Idawene, noted that the celebration was in advance for the landslide victory the party would witness in 2023.
He tasked the delegates to remain committed to the vision of the party particularly now that a formidable governorship candidate has moved into the party.
