Covid-19: Delta Beats Lagos State As Nigeria Records 790 New Cases

The total number of Confirmed cases of Coronavirus has jumped to 1, 131 in Delta State as the state recorded 166 new cases.

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), Thursday at about 12:15am announced 790 new cases in the country from 21 states including the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.

As at Tuesday night, Lagos got 200 confirmed cases but Delta state has outrun Lagos Thursday with 166 cases while Lagos got 120.

According to NCDC, Delta has 166, Lagos-120, Enugu-66, FCT-65, Edo-60, Ogun-43, Kano-41, Kaduna-39, Ondo-33, Rivers-32, Bayelsa-29, Katsina-21, Imo-20, Kwara-18, Oyo-11, Abia-10, Benue-6, Gombe-4, Yobe-2, Bauchi-2 and Kebbi, recorded two cases.

The country now have 26, 484 Confirmed cases, 10, 152 discharged and 603 deaths.
