Buluku Congratulates Governor-elect Oborevwori On Poll Victory
The Special Assistant to the Delta State Governor on Community Development, Evangelist Charles Buluku, has congratulated Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, the governor-elect under the platform of the Peoples’ Democratic Party ,(PDP), on his victory at the poll.
Evangelist Buluku, who said the victory deserved commendation as a result of Oborevwori’s resilience having “fought a long battle over a very long period of time,” advised the governor-elect to see his victory as a “higher call to service”.
The SA on Community Development to Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, stated this on Thursday March 23rd 2023, while hosting a group of friends in Warri, to mark the celebration.
“Since we have come to the logical end of this battle, it is appropriate to congratulate the winner, Oborevwori on his hard-fought victory.
“In every battle, there will always be a winner and in the spirit of sportsmanship and love for our state, the Governor-elect must see his victory as a higher call to service to the people of the State”, he said.
He assured him that he would use the experience he gained as Special Assistant on Community Development, to ensure, peace was recorded in his domain in order for the governor-elect to do MORE when sworn-in as governor.
Also, the grassroot politician, congratulated the House of Assembly winner for Ughelli South State Constituency, Engr. Festus Utuama, for emerging victorious.
Buluku, a loyal, committed, dedicated and hard working political appointee, thanked the State governor for his fatherly role all through the electioneering process.
