A former spokesperson for the Atiku Abubakar Presidential Campaign Council in the 2023 presidential poll, Daniel Bwala, has said that at the appropriate time, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will expel the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike.
Speaking on a Channels Television programme on Thursday, August 31, Bwala said that the PDP’s silence on Wike’s case is not weakness.
According to Bwala, at the right time, the PDP will not only suspend but expel him from the party.
He said: “Why we hardly react to what he (Wike) says is because he loves drama, everybody knows that.
“The quietness of the party is not weakness…the party knows what it is doing. At the appropriate time, he (Wike) would not only be suspended but expelled. Take that to the bank.”
The PDP chieftain also advised the former Rivers governor not to use his office to take a pound of flesh from detractors living in Abuja by demolishing their structures.
However, Bwala admitted that among the 45 ministers of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Wike has proven to be the most effective.
It would be recall that the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has dared the leadership of his party, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to suspend or discipline him.
