The Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), SP Ikeokwu Godson Orlando, said a good Samaritan discovered Ogba, a native of Nimo, Anambra State, wandering around ATTA Market square.
Master Ogba, who was found on Monday, is currently at Ikeduru Divisional Police headquarter.
“The young boy whose Photograph appears below is IKECHUKWU OGBA,13 yrs old,male,a native of NIMO, in ANAMBRA STATE, was found by a good samaritan wandering around ATTA MARKET SQUARE, he is presently at IKEDURU DIVISIONAL POLICE HQRS
