The Director-General of Delta State Bureau of Orientation, Dr. Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, has been appointed as an African Union (AU) Vision 2063 Ambassador.
Dr. Oghenesivbe received his Ambassadorial Certificate and Diplomatic Passport in Abuja, marking his official recognition in advancing the AU’s long-term strategic vision for Africa’s development.
