The Security Commander to one of the governors in the southeast states (name withheld), have been beheaded by unknown gunmen suspected to be cultists on mission.
It was learnt that untill his death, he was also a community leader but an alleged informant to security agencies in the State and a foot soldier to the state Governor.
He was purportedly intercepted by a group identified as UGM in one of the southeast states.
It was learnt that the group drove him to his community market, beheaded him and made away with his body having hoisted his head like a trophy on a locally made wooden table.
He was alleged to have led many youths in the State to their early graves at the hands of the security operatives and the State Governor hence the brutal action was taken against him.
It was alleged that the group have given the political class and traditional rulers in the State and all the South East and South-south States at large to come down from their high horses and dialogue with the youths and provide them with their demands if not that they risk being driven out of the Eastern Region completely or killed as their hunting is about to commence.
Meanwhile, members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) have boosted that they are in control of the South East states following the compliance level with their sit at home order.
