Residents of Warri, have accused a police officer simply identified as Frank at the Area Command Warri, for causing multiple accidents.
It was gathered that while trying to enforce the compulsory use of facemasks by residents aimed at curbing the spread of Coronavirus in the state.
It was learnt that Frank, engaged the services of local vigilante while chasing a driver who was not on his facemask.
It was reliably learnt that while the driver was trying to escape arrest, he rammed into over four tricycles wounding the drivers and their occupants before dashing into a dish, a drain filled with water.
