The Governor of Delta State, Dr. (Elder) Sheriff Oborevwori, has been commended as a trailblazer, servant-leader, and an exemplary manager of state resources.
Dr. Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe, the Director General of the Delta State Orientation and Communications Bureau, conveyed this in a congratulatory message on Sunday, highlighting that the Doctor of Science (Honoris Causa) in Public Policy and Strategy, awarded by Novena University, is a fitting recognition of the Governor’s contributions.
Latimore noted that Governor Oborevwori’s remarkable strides in governance and visionary leadership also earned him the prestigious “Governor of the Year Award” from ThisDay Arise Media Group.
He encouraged the Governor to continue his unwavering commitment to advancing Delta State through impactful socioeconomic and infrastructural development.
