The Convener of Women of Grace Fellowship, Dr. Agatha Diden, stated this Saturday while giving out cash gitf, wrappers and food items to members of the fellowship in Asaba.
As part of the activities to mark its yearly Thanksgiving event, the Wife of the Chairman Delta State Oil Producing Area Development Commission (DESOPADEC), disclosed that the fellowship has enjoyed the favour of God.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Diden said God has increased and blessed the fellowship with genuine members who are eager to serve Him.
She explained that God is raising women that could pray and raise children appropriately to avoid problems in the society.
Wife of the DESOPADEC chairman advised the women to rely on God always for provisions and answers to prayers, adding that it is only God that could supply all their needs.
The founder of the fellowship expressed gratitude to God for fulfilling her dreams of impacting on the lives of women by leading them to Christ.
“I want to thank God because this is a dream come true. It is not like I have the world but because when God speaks to you and you see it coming to pass, I feel fulfilled”, she said.
Dr. Diden thanked her husband, Hon. Michael Diden, for supporting the programme as well as all the Ministers present for assisting in actualizing her dreams of setting up the fellowship.
In their separate teachings, Bishop James Chinedu and his wife, Rev. Beatrice James said God cares for all and He is bound to reveal Himself in due time.
Pastor Patrick Iyoha however observed that the founder is not giving because she is wealthy but giving out of love for Jesus Christ.
He added that Pastors are not only to take from their congregation but also give as Jesus displayed while on earth.
One of the beneficiaries at the event, Mrs Lilian Arinze, appreciated Mr. and Mrs. Diden, for providing a platform that caters for their needs, just as she prayed God to bless them continually and grant then all their heart desires.
