The Director General of the Delta State Capital Territory Development Agency (DSCTDA), Hon. Patrick Ukah, has commiserated with former Chief of Naval Staff, Admiral Dele Joseph Ezeoba (Rtd.), following the death of his father, Chief Raphael Odiaka Ezeoba.
In a condolence message issued in Asaba, Ukah described the late Chief Raphael Ezeoba as a highly respected community leader who lived a life defined by service, discipline, and integrity.
According to the condolence signed by the Public Relations Officer, Kingsley Chibuzor, Chief Ukah said, the values exemplified by the late patriarch are evident in the sterling career and accomplishments of Admiral Ezeoba, who rose to the pinnacle of the Nigerian Navy through dedication and excellence.
Ukah noted that the elder statesman’s passing is not only a loss to the Ezeoba family but also to Delta State, where he was widely regarded for his contributions to community growth and moral leadership.
He prayed for the peaceful repose of the departed soul and urged the Ezeoba family to take solace in the enduring legacy of their father’s impactful life.
