A primary three pupil of Torufa Primary School, Emmanuel Bonny, who went missing in 2019, has been found in Okpaka Community, Udu local government area of Delta State.
Speaking to journalists, elated mother of Emmanuel, Mrs. Favour Bonny, said she was told that her son was dropped off in the community by unknown men who drove in a Black Jeep.
According to her, her found son was unconditionally released to her by a Community Chief who equally gave her transport fare to return home with her child.
She disclosed that her son did not recognize his father and herself earlier, not until he was anointed by a man of God in Okpaka Community.
Emmanuel was taken for a medical checkup at the Central Hospital, Warri as at the time of filing this report.
Narrating her ordeal, she disclosed that her son, Emmanuel, went to Warri Township Station to celebrate 2019, Nigeria Independence Day on 1st of October, 2019 but did not return home.
“Today I got a call from a distance relation in Okwagbe Market that a missing child was found in Okpaka Community. The caller advised that I should check if the found child is my son,” she narrated.
Meanwhile, Father Healey Street in Otovwodo (Agbassa) Area in Warri, where they resides got erupted in jubilation as the news of missing but found Emmanuel Bonny, filtered into town.
She recall that the matter of her missing son was reported to all the Divisional Police Stations and electronic media houses in Warri and environs but to no avail.
