One of the strong supporter of Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi, leading governorship aspirant in Delta State, Mr. Charles Buluku, has been appointed as Special Assistant on Community Development, to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.
The appointment letter which was issued to him was signed by the Secretary to the State Government (SSG), Chief Patrick Ukah. on Friday February 18th 2022.
The newest SA, from Omosuomo Community, Ewu, Ward 3, in
Ughelli south local government area of the state, is a grassroot politician and a stalwart of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), .
Apart from his basic allowance, Hon. Buluku, is entitled to domestic staff, motor vehicle maintenance, accommodation among other benefits.
According to the letter, “I am pleased to convey to you, your appointment as Special Assistant (Community Development) to His His Excellency, the Governor, Senator Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, with effect from 18th February 2022”.
