Trouble started on Tuesday June 8th 2021, when passersby and staff who resumed work discovered the inferno.
It was learnt that unknown gunmen set the office ablaze while others held the view that it could be electrical fault.
The NYSC office, located on the 2nd floor of the Federal Secretariat, it was gathered was completely razed by fire.
But in a swift reaction, the State Coordinator, Mrs. Olutayo Samuel, disclosed that the burnt NYSC offices in Federal Secretariat Asaba, was not caused by unknown gunmen, adding that the source of fire is still unknown.
