The Principal Secretary to the Delta State Governor, Mr. Hilary Obi Ibegbulem is in the news again for building and donating a multi-purpose hall for his community, Ute-Okpu, Ika north east local government area of the State.
Over the years, Hilary as he popularly known by his first name, has been described as a selfless leader and philanthropist par excellence.
Mr Hilary recently built and donated a multi-purpose hall to his Idumu-Ezeaja community in Ute-Okpu, Ika North East Local Government Area.
According to a post on Facebook by Nelson Egware, Senior Special Assistant (SAA) attached to the Office of the Commissioner for Information, Mr. Charles Aniagwu, governor Ifeanyi Okowa and his wife Dame Edith were on hand to inaugurate the audacious project yesterday.
