The management of Property World Africa Network (PWAN) has dismissed as baseless recent rumours alleging that the company is involved in fraudulent activities, urging the public to disregard such claims.
Speaking at the celebration of four years of uninterrupted operations at PWAN Potter’s Ughelli branch in Delta State, the Managing Director, Mr. Chukwuma Eboagwu, described the allegations as the handiwork of “mischievous individuals” intent on tarnishing the company’s reputation.
Eboagwu reaffirmed PWAN’s credibility, noting that the real estate group boasts over 60 subsidiaries across all 36 states of the federation, each duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and verifiable through the office of the Surveyor General of the Federation.
According to him, PWAN is engaged in land acquisition, sales of landed properties, recruitment, and training of marketing officers. He revealed that the company has successfully sold over 10,000 plots and properties nationwide, ensuring proper allocation, documentation, and lodging of clients’ investments.
“Our goal is to empower people and ensure everyone has a place to call their own. PWAN is a platform that transforms lives. We want every home to be proud of PWAN, I am PWAN proud, and I want everyone to be a landlord,” Eboagwu declared.
