The Ag. Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Edafe Bright, has been confirmed as the substantive police image maker in the Delta State Police Command.
The Inspector General of Police (IGP) Usman Baba Alikali, gave the approval and subsequent posting of DSP Edafe Bright as the new Spokesperson of Delta State Police Command with immediate effect.
A press release on Saturday September 18th 2021, made available to The Story by 2IC PPRO, Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Edna Bassey, disclosed that DSP Edafe Bright before his current posting was the acting image maker of the command.
According to the release, “The new PPRO holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) from Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti, he was one time the Administrative Officer Area Command Asaba and he has also served in Ekiti State Police Command.
“The New PPRO however, appeals to the general public and journalists to accord him same support to that was given to him predecessors”.

DSP Edafe Bright replaced DSP Onome Onovwakpoyeya.
