Chief Press Secretary to the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, Mr Nkem Nwaeke, has condoled with the Delta State Correspondent of News Central Television, Comrade Austin Azu on the passing of his mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Azu Ovwile at the age of 71 years.
Mr Nwaeke in a statement, mourns the demise of Mrs Ovwile who hailed from Elume in Sapele local government area of Delta State, saying “the Ovwile has lost a pillar of strength in the family”.
The CPS described the situation as sad but asked Comrade Austin Azu and his siblings to take solace that their mother was a devoted Christian and lived a life of love, dedication, and service to her immediate family and community.
Urging the children to continue to be inspired by their mother’s legacy, the CPS to the Speaker extends his heartfelt condolences to Austin Azu, and the entire Ovwile family on their loss.
Nwaeke prayed that God comforts them during this difficult time and grant the soul of the departed peaceful rest.
