Delta State Commissioner for Special Duties (Government House), Dr. Ifeanyi M. Osuoza, has extended warm felicitations to the immediate past Governor of Delta State, Senator (Dr.) Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, CON, on the occasion of his 66th birthday.
