As the Director-General of the Orientation and Communications Bureau, Dr. Oghenesivbe has demonstrated a unique ability to bridge the gap between the government and the people through strategic communication.

The just concluded Delta State Capacity Building Communication Workshop with the theme – Advancing Delta Strategies for Public Communication and Effective Media Engagement popularly known as DELCOM 2024, with participants drawn from across the 25 local government area of the State, media aides and Public Relations Officers (PROs), is a testament of his commitment to his job, aimed at equipping government functionaries with requisite knowledge to spread informed government policies.
