Senator Ned Nwoko has paid glowing tribute to the late Senator Barrinada Mpigi, describing him as a model of principled leadership whose life embodied integrity, humility, and an enduring commitment to the wellbeing of his people.
He spoke during a solemn burial ceremony held in Koroma, Tai Local Government Area of Rivers State.
