The Chief Executive Officer, Delta State Orientation Bureau and Communications, Dr. Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe Esq., has sent best wishes to former Governor of the State, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa on his 65th birthday.
In a congratulatory message signed by the Communication Strategist on Monday 8, July 2024, Latimore joined family, friends and associates of the 2023 Vice Presidential candidate of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), in celebrating another year, heralded by God’s benevolence and mercies.
The Executive Assistant to the Governor on Communications noted the historical role of the former governor in shaping the political and economic development of the State and his counsels to upcoming political leaders.
