Deacon Otuaro stated this while condoling with the Ebiye family on the death of her matriarch, noting that she knew Christ before she passed on having been baptised, a clear indication that she had hope of resurrection.
According Deacon Otuaro, while speaking at the funeral service in honour of the matriarch of the Ebiye family, late Mary Kamaron Ebiye at the St. Anthony Catholic Church, Ogbe-Ijoh, Warri south west local government area of the state.
Otuaro described late Madam Mary Akpoyerinyokaboere Kamaron Ebiye nee Izoukumor Oloiki as an exemplary woman with a heart of gold.

Special Adviser to the Deputy Governor on Media, Deacon Otuaro said that having gone through Mama’s biography, he concluded that she lived a good life, having been a disciplinarian.
He encouraged the children to draw strength from their mother’s godly life style.
The Deputy Governor advised the first son of the deceased, retired Group Captain Eyepiegha John Ebiye, and other family members to sustain the legacies of their mother.
In a homily, the Bishop of Bomadi Diocese, Bishop Hycinth Egbebor said late Madam Mary Ebiye served God having given her life to Jesus Christ and was baptised, adding that her good works woild speak for her.
He said though death was inevitable, where a person would spend eternity matters most hence the need for people to embrace Christ.
Bishop Egbebor, noted that Mama as a disciplinarian raised up her children in uprightness which many parents have failed to do.
Some of the children of the deceased extolled the virtues of their mother and grandmother.
They said they would miss her wise counsel, love and care and prayed God to give her soul eternal rest.
Late Madam Mary Akpoyerinokaboere Kamaron Ebiye, who died at the age of 99 years, is survived by three children including retired Group Captain Eyepiegha Ebiye, 21 grand children and 11 great grand children.
In a related development the Deputy Governor, Deacon Otuaro, also visited the riverine community of Kokodiagbene in the local government area where he graced the funeral service of a renowned community and religious leader, late Dr. I.C Tolar.
Deacon Otuaro accompanied by some government top functionaries commiserated with the family, saying that the deceased was a notable figure who had impacted on the community and was passionate about the development of the area.
He advised the family to sustain his legacies.
