Hon. Oteri Pays Last Respect To Late Itietie, Delta PDP Chieftain

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Ghana-bar Hotel, a five-star hospitality industry in Edjophe, Hon. Homes Oteri, has extolled the virtue of the Chief Benson Itietie, the Secretary, Ughievwen Traditional Council.

Chief Itietie, was laid to rest on Saturday October 7th 2023, at Edjophe, Ughelli south local government area of Delta State.

Hon. Oteri, well known with his nike name, Ghanabar, was among the guests that graced the burial ceremony.

The burial in Edjophe town, of the chieftain of the ruling Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), Chief ItietIe, was literally turned to a political gathering given the caliber of political figures and political insignias that coloured the five-star burial.

Chief Itietie’s burial attracted the crème de la crème, including Hon Oteri, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ghana-Bar hotel in the community.

Until his death, late Chief ItietIe, was the secretary to Ughievwen traditional council.

Hon. Homes Oteri, who is the true son of his father, stole the show as youths, men and women trooped after him.

Known for his philanthropic gestures, Hon. Oteri, was not allowed to go without parting with gift to his people in his usual manner.

He is genuinely loved by his people of Oginibo, across the length and breath of Ughelli south and the local government areas of Delta Central Senatorial District.

As a grassroot politician and mobilizer, the State governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, can entrust position into his hands particularly positions bordering on youth matters, and go and sleep with his two eyes closed, Hon. Oteri, would deliver.
