The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has extended warm congratulations to Governor Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori on his well-deserved recognition as Governor of the Year (Infrastructure) by the New Telegraph.
In a statement released by his Chief Press Secretary, Nkem Nwaeke, Speaker Guwor described Governor Oborevwori as a Pride and Worthy Ambassador of the Legislature.
He emphasized that the award is a testament to the Governor’s dedication and remarkable achievements in transforming Delta State’s infrastructure landscape.
