Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has extended warm felicitations to Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on her 65th birthday, describing her as a woman of grace, compassion, and exemplary leadership.
In a congratulatory message issued in Asaba by his Chief Press Secretary, Sir Festus Ahon, Governor Oborevwori commended the First Lady’s outstanding contributions to national development, particularly her commitment to the empowerment of women and youths as well as her consistent advocacy for good governance.
He praised Senator Tinubu’s unwavering dedication to the welfare of Nigerians through the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI), which he described as a beacon of hope for vulnerable citizens.
According to him, the programme has positively impacted lives by providing scholarships for indigent students, food support for households, assistance to smallholder farmers, and empowerment opportunities for women and persons with disabilities.
“On behalf of the government and people of Delta State, I heartily congratulate Her Excellency, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on the occasion of her 65th birthday.
She is a role model and an inspiration whose life of service and sacrifice has touched countless lives across Delta and the nation at large,” Governor Oborevwori said.
He prayed for God’s continued blessings upon the First Lady, asking for good health, divine wisdom, and many more years of fruitful service to Nigeria.
