The Chief Executive Officer, Ghanabar Hotel, Hon. Homes Oteri fondly addressed as Ghanabar by his teeming admirers has doled out two life hefty cows to support Oginibo community in Ughelli south local government area of Delta State and an other to his family, (Erhikarhor family), in the spirit of the Christmas celebration.
Also in the list are 20 bags of rice, condiments, cash gift and five large goats as part of his philanthropic gestures to his political associates to mark the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The items would be presented to the community and other beneficiaries as part of his philanthropic disposition to provide succour for the needy, which according to sources, comes up during the community’s conference scheduled for 26th December annually.
He said the cow donation, is to enable Oginibo community mark the annual conference without any hitch.
He equally donated 30 big Chickens to his worker and other staff of Ghanabar hotel, while one of the goats, was given to the Special Assistant to the State Governor on Community Development, Evangelist Charles Buluku, one of his close political allies.
Ghanabar who doubles as the owner of City of Sand Beach organize the surprise package to encourage families and friends particularly the youths to remain focus.
Although, the young energetic and ebullient Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) stalwart, is not a political appointee, he chose to put smiles on the faces of people despite the hard economic situation in the country.
