Gbagi Mourns Demise Of Chief Ojougboh

Governorship candidate on the platform of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), in the March 18th election in Delta State, Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi FNIM, OON, has bemoaned the sudden death of a prominent son of the State and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chief Dr. Cairo Ojougboh.

Chief Ojougboh, according to reports, passed on Wednesday February 7th 2024, while watching the AFCON match between Nigeria and South Africa, in Abuja.

Gbagi in a statement on Thursday 8th February 2024, by his Chief Press Secretary, Kenneth Orusi, described Dr. Ojougboh, a bosom friend as a good man while noting that his death was shocking.

The former Minister of State for Education, noted that the ideals the deceased propounded should be upheld in the interest of the State in particular and the society at large.

Dr. Ojougboh’s contribution to his party, the APC in the State in particular and Nigeria in general should serve as a yardstick for the improvement of the society and will not be forgotten in a hurry.

While insisting that Chief Ojougboh’s death has left a big vacuum in his community at Agbor, Ika south local government area of the State, Delta State and Nigeria, the security expert said, on behalf of his family and the SDP, he prayed God to be merciful to him and grant those he left behind to mourn him the grace to bear the loss.
