Governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) in Delta State, Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi, FNIM, OON, has congratulated Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, on his successful inauguration as President and Commander-in-Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The congratulatory greeting is contained in a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Kenneth Orusi, on Tuesday May 30, 2023.
Gbagi, a former Minister of State for Education, congratulated President Tinubu, who was formerly governor of Lagos State from 1999 to 2007, on behalf of himself, the SDP in Delta and political associates across the country.
The former Chairman, Legal Aid Council of Nigeria, described President Tinubu’s victory in an intensely fought presidential race as an endorsement by the good people of Nigeria of his leadership prowess.
The renowned biggest investor in Delta State with his conglomerate spanning across the globe, charged President Tinubu, a onetime senator for Lagos West in the Third Republic, to formulate policies that would turn around the fortunes of the country.
While making some inputs into his agenda, Gbagi called on him to tackle unemployment and insecurity in the Northeast, Niger Delta region and the entire country by way of engaging the youths meaningfully.
