Few hours before the March 18th, 2023 general elections, the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), Delta State chapter is lobbying very hard to win some Social Democratic Party (SDP) Ward Chairmen to it part.
The Ward chairmen includes those from the stronghold of the SDP gubernatorial candidate, His Excellency, Olorogun Barr. Kenneth Gbagi in Jeremi Ward 1 and 2.
The move it was gathered is to reduce the strength of Social Democratic Party flag bearer, who cleared the 11 units in Oginibo, under Jeremi Ward II, during the February 25th presidential election.
The PDP is equally working hard to lure the Wards Chairmen in Jeremi Ward 1, Olomu Ward 3, Ewu Ward 2 and 3.
The PDP following the collosal failure it suffered in the presidential election, has thrown some carrots around in order for them form alliance with them.
The Chairmen, are being deceived by the Ward chairman in charge of the SDP gubernatorial candidate’s ward, Jeremi Ward 2, Mr. Felix Wanogho.
The Peoples’ Democratic Party, is its efforts to retain power has concluded plans to allegedly buy over some members of SDP, who are loyal to the said Felix Wanogho.
