Dedicating the hall to God, Right Reverend Godfrey Ekpenisi charged the managers of the project to be forthright, sincere and serve with utmost dedication and fear of God.
Special prayers were offered for the Owa Monarch and for continued peace, progress and development of Owa kingdom and Delta State in particular.
