Eboh Slams Former Oshimili North LG Chairman Ndukwe Over Attacks On Senator Nwoko

Delta North All Progressives Congress (APC) leader, Chief Emmanuel Eboh, has condemned former Oshimili North LG Chairman, Hon. Louis Ogugua Ndukwe, for allegedly disparaging Senator Ned Nwoko, labeling Ndukwe’s tenure as “the worst in history.”

Eboh, a former state commissioner, condemned Ndukwe’s repeated media attacks on the senator, describing the former council chairman as “grossly incompetent to question the performance of a distinguished lawmaker.”

“The record of Senator Ned Nwoko as a first-time senator is remarkable. His contributions in the 10th Senate have made him one of the most respected and dutiful members,” Eboh said.

He added that Nwoko’s influence extends beyond legislation, citing his provision of roads, schools, water projects, solar lights, and vocational training opportunities for youths in Delta North.

Highlighting Nwoko’s personal commitment to community development, Eboh recalled that in 2018, before becoming a senator, Nwoko invested over 100 million Naira from personal funds to rehabilitate the Onicha Ugbo–Idumuje Ugboko–Ewohimi road.

The senator is also collaborating with the NDDC and federal authorities to implement a long-term solution to the road.

Eboh accused Ndukwe of attempting to discredit the senator out of “mischief and ignorance,” contrasting Nwoko’s accomplishments with Ndukwe’s record as local government chairman.

“During his tenure, Ndukwe absconded to the UK for nearly six years, neglecting his duties and betraying the trust of his constituents and political allies,” Eboh said.

He further praised Nwoko’s advocacy for the creation of Anioma State, describing it as a milestone that would bring lasting benefits to the region.

“Whether Nwoko’s critics act independently or are externally motivated, their efforts will not succeed,” Eboh added.

On speculation about the 2027 elections, Eboh remarked: “Ndukwe is free to dream, but Senator Ned Nwoko remains unstoppable, backed by a proven track record and divine providence.”
