The Management and Staff of the Delta State Orientation and Communications Bureau (DSOCB) have extended heartfelt congratulations to the Delta State Governor, Dr. (Elder) Sheriff Oborevwori, JP, on his recognition as Governor of the Year by THISDAY/ARISE Media Group.
