Delta State Commissioner for Information, Dr. Ifeanyi Osuoza is excited over the induction of the State governor into the Urhobo Progress Union (UPU).
Dr. Osuoza, on Monday December 9, 2024, in a release made available to The Story, expressed his confidence in the governor’s leadership style.
The information Commissioner said: “On behalf of the Delta State Ministry of Information and all Deltans from the three Senatorial zones.
“I extend our warmest congratulations to HIS EXCELLENCY, RT. HON. (ELDER) SHERIFF FRANCIS OROHWEDOR OBOREVWORI, Governor of Delta State, on your historic induction into the Urhobo Progress Union, UPU (Worldwide) Hall of Fame, by the Urhobo nation.
“This outstanding recognition, is a reflection of your exceptional leadership acumen, dedication to the progress of Delta State, and unwavering commitment to advancing the Urhobos and all Deltans.
“We also celebrate the conferment of the prestigious title: “Omorotomo of Urhoboland” on your Excellency, by the esteemed Urhobo Traditional Rulers; an honour that symbolizes your enduring contributions to the unity and development of Urhoboland.
