The Delta Online Publishers Forum (DOPF) has congratulated Presly Ogheneruke Obukoadata on his appointment as Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academics) of Southern Delta University Ozoro, describing it as a well-deserved recognition of his academic distinction and leadership.
