In fulfilment of his promise to build a two bedroom flat apartment for Mrs. Mary Nnebedum in Ndemili, Umusadege Utagba-Uno, Ndokwa west local government area of Delta State, in 70 days, Chief Tony Amechi’s foundation has started work at the construction site.
Chief Amechi had on Sunday June 27th 2021, directed that the mud house belonging to Mrs. Nnebedum, popularly known as Nne Onyechere aka German Floor, should be demolished with a promise to erect a new one within 70 days.
As part of the efforts towards fulfilling that promise of making Mrs. Mary Nnebedum, the owner of a brand new block house, High Chief Amechi’s contractors have mobilized to site.
It would be recall that The Story, had reported earlier that plans have been concluded for the mud house belonging to about 80 years old woman identified as Mrs. Mary Nnebedum in Ndemili, Umusadege Utagba-Uno, Ndokwa west local government area of Delta State.
A post of Facebook by the foundation said: “Today at Ndemili, Umusadege Utagba Uno, I visited Mrs Mary Nnebedum, popularly known as Nne Onyechere (German Floor).
“I have also directed my coordinator to demolish the mud house where she is currently living and rebuild it to a modern 2 Bedroom Flat with all appurtenances.
“The said project will commence as early as tomorrow, June 28, 2021 and will be delivered within the next 70 days. To God be the Glory”.
