The member representing Ughelli North Constituency I, in the Delta State House of Assembly (DTHA), under the All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Matthew Onojighofia Omonade, bagged a law degree Laws (LL.M), from the University of Benin (UNIBEN), Edo State.
The university had its 48th Convocation ceremony on Saturday 25th November, 2023.
The astute lawmaker made the disclosure on his social media page, adding that he has been given provisional admission to do his PhD in law in same university.
In the post he tagged: “Achieving my dreams”, he encouraged all to be focused on the dreams and pursue it vigorously.
He said: “I recently obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree from the prestigious University of Benin, Edo State.
“I am delighted to participate in the 48th Convocation of the University of Benin today, Saturday, 25th November, 2023 as a holder of a Master degree in Laws.
“I have a great sense of fulfilment as I systematically climb the ladder of success!
“To the glory of God, I have already been given a provisional admission for my Doctor of Philosophy in Law (Ph.D) by the prestigious University of Benin.
“The Lord who started this will surely bring it to a glorious end”.
He quoted Walt Disney, who wrote: “All our dreams can come true…if we have the courage to pursue them”.
