The Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly and Governorship aspirant come 2023, Sheriff Oborevwori, has been alleged of selling land belonging to another family in Osubi, Okpe local government area of the state.
Investigation revealed that the land was sold to Living Faith Church (aka) Winner Chapel.
According to our source who pleaded anonymity said: When you have not been the governor just only speaker that you are opportune to be for six years now you have started selling people’s land to Church.
“Mr Honourable Speaker go and refund the money to the church and direct the church to go and meet the rightful owner”.
Meanwhile, in another post, Liberate Delta People’s Forum, said: “The Winners matter is on trial at the Effurun high court today between the family that Mr. Speaker Hon Sheriff Oborevwori sold their land and Living Faith Church AKA Winners Chapel.
“We are in Court now, come and witness it now praise singers and social media loyalists”.
Text message sent to the Chief Press Secretary (CPS), to the Speaker, Dennis Otu, was ignored.
