“The government of Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa is very critical about the mindset of the youths in nation building and to that extent his policy thrust is channelled towards maintaining the right mind frame for the youths. The state orientation bureau is collaborating with the ministry of youth in this programme in enhancing the mindsets of our youths tapping into the gains of the new normal.
He continued: “Capacity building within the youth class and most importantly focusing the youths on the new normal that have come to stay”, noting that the youths form a large percentage of the society whose mindset should be redirected to fruitfulness.
