The Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Wife of the Governor of Delta State, Her Excellency, Deaconess (Mrs.) Tobore Oborevwori, as she marks her 56th birthday today, February 5, 2026.
In a goodwill message to the First Lady, Rt. Hon. Guwor described her as a beacon of kindness, compassion, and elegance, commending her tireless efforts in championing the welfare and well-being of others across the state.
The Speaker, in a statement made available to newsmen by his Chief Press Secretary, Nkem Nwaeke, praised Mrs. Oborevwori for her contributions to the socio-economic development of Delta State.
