Delta State Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Mr. Peter Mrakpor, has congratulated Mr. Daniel Momah on his appointment as Solicitor-General and Permanent Secretary in the Delta State Civil Service.
In a congratulatory message from the Chambers of the Attorney-General & Commissioner for Justice, Barr. Mrakpor, described the appointment of Mr. Daniel Momah as the new Solicitor-General of the State as well deserved.
He described Mr. Momah who has been on acting capacity until his appointment by the Governor on Wednesday, as a gentleman and a well experienced civil servant whose wealth of experience spans over 30 years.
The Attorney-General while thanking the Governor for appointing a substantive Solicitor-General and Permanent Secretary in the Ministry, expressed optimism that his appointment which has elicited jubilation in the Ministry was a good omen and a moral booster to others.
It would be recalled that the appointment of Mr. Daniel Momah and four others was contained in a Public Service announcement from the Office of the Head of Service on Wednesday.
The new permanent secretaries would be sworn in on Monday, 20th July 2020 at the EXCO Chambers, Government House, Asaba at 10:00am
