Councilor Open Up Roads Overtaken By Grasses In Delta Community

The councilor representing Ward 17 and Chairman, House Committee on Information, Ika south Legislative Arm, Hon. Emmanuel Igweh Okah Immaculate, has facilitated the grading of four roads taken over by weeds in Abavo, Ika south local government area of the state.

The grading of the earth roads located in Alizomor and Aliohen communities in Abavo, brought untold joy to indigenes and other residents who prayed for the Councilor.

The Abeku road linking the newly constructed Abavo Girl’s Road by NDDC Alizomor Community and College road, Aliohen received the attention of the councillor, as part of his Constituency projects.

Overgrown grass along the busy Ekwuoma/Udomi road, Alizomor community were also cleared to enhance visibility and safety of road users.

The Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP), legislator assured that he would do everything possible to ensure that communities in his Ward enjoys the dividends of democracy within the ambit of what the local council could afford.

Continuing, he applauded the Ika South Council chairman, Hon. Sunny Tatabuzogwu for his cooperation that made the earth roads grading exercise possible assuring that he remain accountable to his ward.

“By the special grace of God, I will continue to account for the mandate freely given  to me by the good people of ward 17.

“Let me use this medium to thank the visionary council boss of Ika South, Hon Sunny Tatabuzogwu for his understanding. All things being equal, more impacts will be coming.

“Let me us thank the indefatigable maximum leader, Rt Hon. Barr. Martin Okonta (PhD) for his encouragement and mentorship that has taken me thus far,” Igweh posited.

The roads includes the popular Abeku road, linking the newly constructed Abavo girl’s road by NDDC, Alizomor community, College road, Aliohen.

Other are the clearing of over grown grass along Ekwuoma/Udomi road, Alizomor community and the railway station 7 road. From Aliohen Community hall to Goodluck Ebele Jonnathan station 7, Aliohen Community, all in Ward 17, Ika South Local Government Area.
