The Honourable Commissioner for Special Duties (Government House), Dr. Ifeanyi Michael Osuoza, has extended warm felicitations to the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Sir Festus Ahon, describing him as a distinguished professional whose integrity and devotion to public communication continue to uplift governance in Delta State.
