The Delta State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Asaba, the Delta State capital has dismissed the petition brought before it by the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Ovie Augustine Omo-Agege, challenging the victory of Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) in the March 18th 2023 election.
