The Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Asaba, Delta State capital has dismissed the petition filed by Labour Party (LP) and its governorship candidate, Ken Pela.
Chairman of the 3-man panel of Justices, Justice C. H Ahuchaogu, dismissed the petition for failure to apply for pre hearing notice and forms.
