BREAKING NEWS: S’Court Throws Out Omo-Agege’s Appeal Against Oborevwori

The supreme Court has dismissed the Appeal filed by Ovie Omo-Agege the governorship candidate of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in the March 18th election in Delta State against the victory of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori’s victory.

Justice Nyang Okoro who prepared and read the judgement on Friday 19th 2024, affirmed that the Appellant failed to proved his case, noting that he failed to provide substantial evidence to prove that the election failed to complied with the.provisions of the Electoral Act.

Supreme Court has dismissed the Appeal filed by Kenneth Gbagi of Social Democratic Party, Delta against the Election of Governor Oborevwori of Delta State.

In a judgement read by Justice Garba Lawal, the court held that there was no substance in all the issues raised by the Appellant and thereby resolved same against him.

All members of the panel agreed to the Judgement.

The Court also resolved all issues against the appellant.
