Presidential candidate of Labour Party (LP), in the 2023 general election, Mr. Peter Obi, has made a sudden appearance at the reception ceremony of the Asagba of Asaba, Obi (Prof), Asagba Prof. Epiphany Azinge.
The reception took place at the Ogwa Ukwu of Ahaba, in Oshimili south local government area of Delta State.
