Former governor of Delta State, Prof. Amos Agbe Utuama is Dead.
He was aged 77.
He died on Saturday November 2, 2024, after a prolonged illness.
Born on June 5, 1947, Prof. Utuama served with Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan as Deputy Governor of oil rich Delta State.
He was Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice of Delta State from 1999 to 2007.
He was a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN).
He was elected Deputy Governor of Delta State on the Platform of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) from May 2007 to May 2015.
Late Prof. Amos Agbe Utuama, hailed from Utu-Jeremi in Ughelli south local government area of Delta State.
