The Delta State Government has ordered the immediate withdrawal of the controversial query letter issued to a nursing student, Osato Edobor, by the Delta State College of Nursing Sciences, Agbor, Ika south local government area of the State.
The query, which accused the student of posting an “unauthorized online publication” related to the First Lady’s recent visit, sparked widespread outrage and debate over freedom of expression and student rights.

Following public backlash, the government intervened, directing the school authorities to rescind the disciplinary action.
The State Commissioner for Health Dr. Joseph Onojaeme in a video stated that the administration would not victimize any student.
